Thanks for making a point of this tip you received from a blog reader. But why should a potential client have to go to the trouble of downloading FOIA information and parsing it out? If a credit union has that much difficulty getting information from a potential vendor, what is life going to be like once they are under contract? This falls into the realm of “walk away, quickly, while you still can.”

Of course, as you might expect, CU*Answers not only provides a complete list of our clients on our website (http://www.cuanswers.com/pdf/spec_interest/peeranalysis.pdf), that doc has all the major features/functions of the software listed by each client. It’s all about leveraging the open, free exchange of ideas and information that sets credit unions apart from our four-letter competition.

Thanks for doing what you do.
