Welcome to NAFCU's Compliance Blog! We write about credit union compliance issues five days a week. Below are a couple of ways you can take advantage of the blog:
- Daily Blog Emails. Consider registering to have the blog emailed to you each morning. Be sure to respond to the verification email. Once verified, you'll receive the blog posts beginning on the next business day. Note: Be sure to check your SPAM filter for the verification email if you don't see it right away.
- Use the Blog as a Resource Tool. The blog has a search function in the upper-left corner. You can also browse blog postings by date using the Archives. Additionally, when we write a post, we add it to one or more categories - which are located on the right-hand side of the blog. For example, here are all our past blog posts on the CFPB.
- All Are Welcome. If you've found the blog useful, consider sharing the blog with your friends and colleagues. It is free, and we make it available to everyone.
Below, you'll find our blog posts, starting with our most recent postings. Best of luck, and by all means, stay compliant.
Thank you for your daily blog. In these fast changing time for compliance, it is one of the first things I read each morning.

"Frequently, though, researchers will choose their own topics, data, and methodology themselves, draw their own conclusions, and publish in their own names."
I suppose CUs will be compelled to respond to any and all requests for information from these "researchers"?! Good. I've been sitting around twiddling the thumbs waiting for something to do. Oh...pick me, pick me!
