As my dad used to say, "What's good for the goose is good for the gander." I think the CFPB, in an effort to be transparent, should subject themselves to the same treatment as what they propose for financial institutions.
Adding CFPB operations to the Complaint Database, narratives will:
•Provide context to the complaint;
•Spotlight specific trends;
•Help consumers make informed decisions; and
•Spur competition based on their effectiveness.
