I can't help but have an issue with the FinCEN issue 3 numbers. In many of our jobs, we are forced to review our work and provide stats on what we do. Of the reported 94,582 SARs in 2016, up from 86,071 filed in 2015.What is the % that resulted in REAL cases? What was the arrest number that resulted from OUR work? If cases were made, what should I look for?
