Some folks like the feel of a newspaper in their hands. Others would rather surf the Internet to find their daily dose of news. Regulatory research is much the same way. Some like to page through manuals or regulations, while others like doing research online.
With that in mind, I thought I'd throw a bone out to you paper lovers. The Federal Reserve still prints free paper pamphlets, known as Regulatory Pamphlets, for all of their regulations. They limit orders to 10 sets, which is quite a deal in my humble opinion. Some in our office love these pamphlets. You can highlight sections, use sticky notes, and make the manual your own. And if the Internet goes down, you're still in business. (That isn't the case for me. When the Internet goes down, I curl up into the fetal position and whimper until it comes back.)
If you are interested, here is the order form. The Regulatory Pamphlets are found within the third column.
