Anthony - Thank you so much for all the great info you put out here day after day. Is there any way that you could include the topic in your subject line? I save many of these in a folder and that way, when I need to go back to a certain one, I can find it easier.

Hey Joanne, I would do that, but I fear that the process would break down. I'd forget, as I'm prone to do. But let me think about it. In the mean time, you can always change the subject line of existing emails before you file them. It's true. Simply take your email, go to the subject line, and select the current text. Then delete it and write in your own. You'll be prompted to save the changes. Once you do, you have a new subject line that actually makes sense!
