Member Business Lending. Grassroots efforts initiated to urge support of S. 509 - the Small Business Lending Enhancement Act.
Exam Bill. Senate bill S. 2160 has been introduced. This bill is a companion bill to H.R. 3461 and would bring additional transparency and consistency to bank and credit union examinations.
CFPB Complaints. The Consumer Financial Protection Bureau has recently expanded their complaint process and are now accepting complaints on consumer checking accounts and private student loans.
