Does anyone have any info on why the Defense Manpower Database Center has a "Certificate Error" when opened?
Also, where in the site should we look for info that details a "servicemember who has not invoked their Servicemenber Civil Relief Act (SCRA) rights"?

Thank you!

I do not know why there is a certificate error when opening the website. When I opened the website on my computer, I didn't get the error. Maybe it has to do with the web browser you are using?

Here is the direct link for the verification page on the Defense Manpower Data Center website: https://www.dmdc.osd.mil/appj/scra/scraHome.do.

You may also contact officials of the Defense Manpower Data Center by phone at 703-696-6762.
